One of those great music collecting moments when you discover a band or musician who is new to your ears but who has actually been around for twenty years and has a sizeable catalogue of recordings already released. But then you wonder why it took you so damn long to make the discovery. First heard late at night on Oregon Public Broadcasting Radio, initially thinking, 'Hey new Peter Gabriel music!! Wrong once again though!! Helping now to keep me busy during this pandemic, purchasing their music in various physical formats.
From starting out listening to my parents records to staying up late at night listening to the radio to being introduced to album collecting as a teenager to making mix-tapes and into the present, it seems that I've always been searching for and listening to music of widely varied genres. Here's an idea of what I've been hearing along the way ....
